“The position is truly remarkable, placing you at the doorstep of Bar Harbor's charming shops and boat tours, with Acadia National Park a short drive away. I found the grounds and rooms to be impeccably maintained, particularly appreciating the ocean views from the Reading Room and the thoughtful touches like afternoon cookies and evening s'mores. While the spa treatments were a definite highlight, the main hotel's dining area noise did intrude on room quietude at times.”
